Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your shopping, proceed to the checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone,snail mail or over the Internet.

When making an order, please include a contact telephone number or Fax number. E-mails can sometimes bounce back to us undelivered as your address may not be correct.We will not use this number for any reason, other than to contact you if your e-mail is returned.
Shipping And Handling All UK orders are postage and packing Free using recycled packaging. For overseas orders we will deduct the UK postage charge, which will usually mean a small shipping cost to most parts of Europe, and America.We will inform you by e-mail with regard to any postage costs payable.Your order will not be charged to your credit card until you are satisfied with any further costs.
Delivery Schedule We ship your order (usually same day and certainly within three days).However, please note that it is possible that there is a delay during busy times (Christmas etc) Second-hand items are offered for sale on a first come first served basis and we do not use an activated stock monitor.Therefore in rare cases it may be possible that the item listed has been sold.If an order is duplicated we will try our very best to obtain an identical item in both condition and price.If you have not received a used item after 7 days of an order being placed please e-mail customer service.Please check for e-mail on a regular basis. We may need to contact about your order or about shipping charges overseas. UK orders are normally sent by first class post ,unless the parcel is too heavy,it will then be shipped by a suitable carrier. International orders are subject to which method of shipping you have chosen -Air mail is quickest but obviously more expensive. All prices quoted in Euro's are approximate and subject to the current exchange rate.
For bithdays and last minute sales it is vital that you tell us when you will need the item and we will do our best to supply.Guaranteed next day delivery carries a surcharge.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security There are other options to online ordering. Orders can be placed by telephone on 0845 3244284 or payment can be made by selecting the 'cheque with order' option. If you choose to pay by credit card online, you will then be forwarded to the secure payment section of our site. (look for the gold padlock symbol at the bottom of the screen or top on Internet Explrer 7).
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our processing system. They are not held in clear text on any web site.Once your order has been processed and the sale has been authorised by the card issuing bank, the credit card number is deleted.

We try to describe a used book's condition as best as we possibly can,however ,any second hand book that has been incorrectly described may be returned for a full refund including postage costs.New books are exactly that - NEW. Your rights as a customer are protected by the 'distance selling' law.If you are not satisfied with your purchase after examination, you may return the goods within seven days for a full refund.(this does NOT apply to software, i.e CD's and other copyable items.
