Illustrated by one of the all time great seabird artists, Birds of the Atlantic Ocean was published in 1968 by Country life books. The book is a study in words and pictures by Ted Stokes, indicating the character of each species, with wing span, the number and colour of eggs, nesting habits and with the help of maps, its breeding range. It feature 15 of Keith Shackleton's superb oil paintings. A very nice book indeed.
Condition Fine with slight tears to the dust wrapper at the top of the spine.
